Geez, even after a year of playing with Phenoms I'm amazed at how tricky these things are to overclock...
There are so many tweaks available it's hard to pin down which ones really help.

I'm sure it doesn't help that I keep changing parts though...
1.22v - 1.28v is all that is needed.

I run mine @ 1.28v 24/7 . I have also pushed the HTT to 294+...The Higher the HTT then this becomes a factor if you have drive instabilities using High or even meduim HTT of 250.

In fact the SB @1.28v is actully good if running lots of hardware (drives and two+ or more Vidcards.)
