Just a note for anyone who may be interested....

Since I installed my PhII 940 I've had one drive that kept clicking and failing during post (3 HD system). I actually thought the drive was failing and it was getting pretty annoying....

Yesterday I got the bright idea to bump the V's up on the southbridge to 1.22v's and the problem has completely gone away.

Just thought I would mention it in case anyone else is having similar problems.
