Here's another 3837B073 gem. It can go over 4GHz with under 1.3V, but I'm on the stock cooler and temps get bad with Intel Burn Test. I think these will be close to my 24/7 air settings when I get the Crossbow retention bracket installed on my Vendetta 2.
