You've got a good chip there. I can't get mine prime stable at 4.4GHz with voltages higher than yours. I've tried all that I can with all the GTL Refs and skews but it's not happening. Plus I've got a TRUE and I'm pushing towards the 80's!!!

Hey Pascal, the Giga UD3P is a good help too I think. Simple to use and stabilize, I had a DFI X48 with this chip that needed 1.650vtt, 1.65pll, 1.4vcore to get 470x9...
My temps during Prime95 small ffts are around 85oC dangerous but acceptable during the heat of the day, and I'm talking about a Sunbeam cooler![]()
The X48s are VERY tough to tune from what I've experienced anything over 4.3Ghz stable is gonna really give you a run for money unless you have a special chip/mobo/ram combo....
I think P45 will give the least headache![]()
