I think Chris is refering to the C2D 1M bios bug/boost: using a bios which doesn't support E0 processors will make your 1M faster.
As Hazzan's 1M is pretty slow considering the clocks and comparing to SOF's score, I guess he wonders if the C2D bios phenomenon is also present with AMD Phenom chips.
