Load Line Calibration = LLC, 3 hour small FFT is NOT sufficient to be absolutely sure the CPU is stable

There must be some ram setting or NB setting not 100%. Can you try one dimm at a time ( so remove one plz )

Just select the 32Mb test and 2 cores... if the ram survives that you are wel on ya way
