    Nope, I thought acc didn't help Ph II.

    Edit: just tried OCCT for first time, when its running a test vcore actually drops 1.536v>1.52v and stays 1.52v during the 10 mins I ran it. idle and some load it stays at 1.536v full load 1.52v... Weird!
