actually its our pcb vendor who couldnt ramp up production quickly... i dont know for sure, but i heard a lot of companies in china laid off a lot of their work force or sent them to early new years vacation or unpaid vacation cause of the economic crisis. as a result almost all chinese manufacturers cant cope with their orders atm and i keep hearing from several people that they have to wait for china for a few weeks. this includes everything... i wanted to buy a new bed last week and they told me its made in china and they have delays for all their orders now...

Sorry for not beeing able to supply as many boards as people want to get one atm ...

not that i know of, the block has a solid 2mm thick copper base and then a brass top which is soldered/brazed together and pressure tested.
the barbs are soldered/brazed to the top and are also brass. the bars are 1/2" and the block is 2.5" x 1.5" roughly, thats 65x35mm..

its big and heavy...
