Correct. Models ending in 0 are AM2+ (DDR2 memory only; works in AM2+ [and those fake DDR2 AM3 boards *ugh*] only). Models ending in 5 are AM3 (DDR2/DDR3--either one; works in AM2+ and AM3).
Wrong. People keeps saying that but all lists I've seen have shown a complete mix of 5's and 0's among the AM3 CPU's.
The list above shows 13 AM3 models, and only six of them ends with xx5.
Look again.
