Have you tried relaxing the ram timings at all? Huge impact on stability for me and the only reason why I went with CAS9 to start with.

when testing 20x200 allways i set my mems @ stock: 1600/8-8-8-24/1.66v, or 1.7v for safe stability while testing Vcore, IOH and Qpi
