When I am not benching with this machine (and that is not often) I run at 4ghz HT off (21x191) @ 1.28125v, see below -

Having HT off makes the voltage demands a lot lesser doesn't it... 1.28v CPU Voltage is not much. I'm now needing somewhere in the ballpark of 1.385v CPU Voltage to keep my 4.025GHZ OC stable.

usually yes, but since every cpu is different theres the possibility that a cpu would take no voltage increasement at all to achive the same clock with or without HT.
