The DK Version of the X58 looks nice..
I really like the layout without a Heatpipe all over the Mainboard, so you can put a WC Block on the NB without changing everthing..
If it´s priced below ~250€ i´ll maybe get it instead of the Bloodrage, since it will be probably available earlier in Europe

This is a fairly gay comment but while I like the box artwork, it doesnt match the board- looks a bit inconsistent :S

    Paper bag?

I wasnt all that bothered by their colour schemes, just a shame that apart from maybe Kingston RAM and a few nVidia GPUs nothing was ever gonna blend in well with them

    New schemes are slightly better.....

Why do I keep bringing up colour co-ordination?! DAMNIT!

I wonder where they are going to price the DK? Maybe below the non-deluxe P6T?

You would think boards that expensive DFI could at least use copper heatsinks

Doesnt have digital PWM.. so it wont be that good as UT or Bloodrage.. it will be just very good mobo.. I think in this case you can buy any other without big impact on performace.. its just DFi's mainstream mobo.. but I must admit mATX format is very interesting..

DK not only looks, but it is interesting ... If the price is around P6T non-deluxe - it's a winner (depends how DFI shapes up the BIOS). Too bad, that the JR doesnt have that much free space around the huge 1366 socket, a lot of heatsinks won't fit I guess

    Bios my arss.....
I can fix this problem with a hardware mod....

    DK X58-T3eH6 £189
    JR X58-T3H6 £179

These are the suggested retail prices for the UK which puts the DK at around £40-50 less than the P6T Deluxe.

In other words, the DK should roughly cost the same as the gigabyte ex58-DS4.

I7 and 2 55nm GTX2x0's watercooled in a matx case sounds tasty... damn, I don't want to spend anymore money but the x58 matx dfi is very tempting.

I think they probably should have stuck with the orange/black theme here, but I love my green and yellow slots on my DFI boards so I can't complain

Externally? nah... Lian Li Pc V350, two 120 mm fans in the front, so should be possible to squeeze in a dual rad, the 5,25" bays have enough room for a Mcp 355 and then just a fillport instead of a res.

thats why this mATX interests me. Cause I want to use it in an ATX case, (lian li v1000), so I have a lot more room for a top mounted rad (on the inside).

There is still a heatpipe between the MOSFETs and northbridge.

However, the DKs lose the best DFI feature, the Volterra digital buck converter.
