a pro football player is extremely good at football even if he's just wearing walmart brand equipment. He also has no other job than to play sports.
thus pro athletes give their advertising contracts to the company who is going to pay them the MOST money. The athlete doesn't care because it doesn't matter to him what he wears.

flash to professional gamers, in the same situation as the athlete described above.
he doesn't care what he uses for gaming equipment as long as when his hand moves right the cursor moves right etc.
razer pays them more money than any other company to say "hey use razer, its the best and I use it!!!" considering the reasoning in the advertising is completely subjective there is no false advertising law that can get razer for doing this, life goes on.
now onto all the people on these boards that say razer is great. their reasoning is completely subjective as well. not to mention that people who say "OMG razer is teh best because the pros use their mice!" have clearly fallen prey to their marketing techniques and also enjoy the added placebo effect with their daily gaming.
