I am @3900 with some simple settings I found on here or somewhere else online.
set mem to auto
fix PCIE@ 37.3
disable spread spectrum
enable EIST
disable c-state
enable turbo boost
set base clock to 195
set qpi to fullspeed
leave it at 4.8gt
vcore to .25~.30
