I asked about the PC-P80 one weeks ago. They said they shold get it soon... Still waiting.
FYI to anyone looking at one of these. I asked about the PC-7X tops since I've got a PC-A77 and I was hoping maybe they would fit, but no deal. It seems Lian Li has no love for modding the A77 as none of their modding components seem to fit it (other than for instance the drive bays which are used on other cases).

Anybody know if there is one available for the V2000B+II?

I have a HW Labs Black Ice Xtreme GT Gen Two.

I chose that radiator because it is more suited to my higher revving Ultra Kaze 3000's. I have a fan controller so I have the best of both worlds...high performance, but quiet when I wanna muffle them. I also chose it because they said it is easier to clean, the finish is much nicer (which it is), and it has standard hole spacing. Looks like I made a good move.

Sweet!!! Nice pics. I'm still hanging on to the fan solution cuz my CPUs (all 8 of them :P) are well within limits at full load, and water cooling is out of my $ range and expertise.

    http://www.flickr.com/photos/soulfil...87479/sizes/l/

... but the supermicro sensors report a high system temp, possibly cuz the NB is right above the graphics card, which is cooking it.

Since this is a Lian Li PC-62 case I was looking at some of the custom top panel or side panel replacements with fan housings, but seems they're only available for standard ATX, not EATX (even though says for PC-6X cases). Anyone know of a custom shop that might help me out? I don't have the tools or know-how.

Actually, Feser's moved to 15mm as well. It's just some of their first models that were 17mm. Which is why 15mm fan spacing makes a lot more sense - it gives you the options of Swiftech, HWL, and TFC rads, along with any other companies that use that particular spacing.

I bought this one from PPCS:
Lian Li Replacement Top Panel for PC-7X Cases with Triple 120mm Rad Grill Installed - Silver

It fits my Lian Li G70 like a glove, and I have equipped it with the Bitspower Radgrill.
The result is very impressive I have to say.

That might just work for me... looks like the same form factor though I think my case is 2mm deeper... if that matters. Worth a try, except all the black ones are sold out

You can contact PPCS and they will answer you regarding compatibility if the panel.
I contacted them before purchasing mine and they confirmed it will fit.

Lian Li are notoriously slow at releasing their new products. It tooks months before the T-703 top panel was available. What you can do is buy the T-713B. I'm 99% sure it fits the A7110 as the T-703B fit the A7010 perfectly. The only problem is the I/O panel on top which was smaller on the A71/70, but a little bit of dremelling solves that. You also need to put the PSU on the bottom, but that's not really a problem.

T-703 looks like it will fit on a rocketfish. If this is true, I'll buy one. I'd rather not cut my rocketfish if I don't have to.

I'll probably end up getting one.

Btw, I'll be using an mcr320 & 3 san aces.

I've been looking at that top cover for the PC-P80 but I'm wondering what your supposted to do with the power and reset switches. I see the third opening thats smaller then the fan openings but haven't seen any switch panel that fits it. Anyone have any idea's?

Polizei found it and PM'd it to me, just never updated.

$60 seems a little steep, but for lazy people like me, it might just be a best bet kinda deal.

it's a Lian Li PC-62B. Basically it's just a very deep midtower for eATX boards. I have two machines using this case model, and I just like the simple elegant look, plus all the removable, slidable stuff... all things Lian Li excels at. I think I asked PPCS about a side panel which they said they didn't have, but I'll ask about the top panel.

SuperMicro sent me a beta BIOS which is supposed to give you more access / control over system temps / limits etc. I'm reluctant to install it... besides being a beta, it's just covering up the problem, not solving it.

I assume the top holes are meant for HW Lab radiator hole spacing and NOT Thermochill radiator hole spacing? Can you please confirm. Thanks.

    Not this silly concept again.

The heat will go where ever the air is directed in a case, even something like a Yate Loon SL running @ 5V will be enough to influence the air pattern enough to stop natural "convection"

Actually, there is no hole spacing on the panel, it's just a rectangle.
The hole spacing is in the radgrill supplied with the panel.
In this is case, yes, the hole spacing is 15mm which fits Swiftech and HW Labs rads.
I also have the bitspower radgrill and it also fits Swiftech/HW Labs.
