Just flashing BIOS back to 1102 and trying the ram again, since roofsniper pointed out the 1202 bios is suppose to fix the 1066 issue down to 800
Dont worry about it Crazy I'll just downgrade BIOS......Fingers are crossed
EDIT: OPS now it wont even post, just black screen.........Clear CMOS nuttn....
