I then tried to up the other volts (VDDA @ 2.8, HT/SB/core-pci @ 1.28) and pushed both vcore and core-nb up to 1.5 and still no luck. I just cannot get this thing to run at 3200mhz stable.

EDIT: Here's the error I keep getting:

Hmmm.

VDD 2.8 ,, HT2.8v and leave PCI=E and Southbridge alone AUTO.

Set CPU and NB to 1.5v for both. @ Stock clocks..

Keep HTT200 and make shure NB and HT are 2000.

Set Ram to 800 and Ganged. Use Manual timing and make shure T2 is set. everything else auto for now.

Boot into windows Chenck temps...If there good Proceed to raise Just the CPU multi ONLY until you are @3.0-3.2ghz. Which ever is Max then post Screen of temps. I bet youll get 3.1 easy. Tehn well go from there. Last thing to do will be to tighten Ram and or oc the Ram after we find what the CPU/nb can do.

Ive also noticed,,
Your HT is linked to NB. I never do that unless i have already found how high my chip can run .. While your NB is @2250 =10x your HT should be 9x..making the HT2025mhz. You Ram Timing is also too tight. Temps are close to 55c , but will should be able to 3.2ghz.This may be your Max provoded we get it stable due to cooling used and Load Temp.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to mention my PSU for the poster above. I have a PC Power and Cooling 750W Quad Silencer.

3.2 -3.4 depending on cooler you use for Vista64..It stresses CPU a little More..Sometimes Using ganged can be better or even the other way around.. In XP GANGED get me 3.52ghz in Vista32bit UNganged gets me 3.52ghz. Phenom is just wierd with different Oses nothing is the same between any Os ive used.

Last Once you know what the CPU can do then Play with the HTT. @ 225 i would use the 667 divider with loos Ram (stock timing @ 2T and see if you can go higher but use Stock NB and HT. This means 9xmulti for both Not 10x while using 225 x13.5 cpu

Running the Ram @ 667 will eliminate it being tigh or Maxing out on the Divider When Raising the HTTabove 225- 230. Running 800 would limit your CPU over clock if too tight timing and or ram dosnt clock well.

Use 667divider and stock Timing for Now.

230 x 13.5 = 3.10ghz
235 x 13.5 = 3.17ghz
240 x 13.5 = 3.24ghz

667 divider @ 230 x 13.5.. NB/HT set to 9x = 2070mhz
667 divider @ 235 x 13.5.. NB/HT set to 9x = 2115mhz
667 divider @ 240 x 13.5.. NB/HT set to 8x = 1920mhz

If this works then you can Raise the NB up more..

I would use 1.45- 1.5v for both CPU/NB and Vdd2.8v No ACC yet.

2x2gigs puts more staian on IMC than 2gigs. My Oc is with 2gigs. If i run 4gigs i gotta up the HTvolts more and even NB to compensate.

1.28v is plenty for you to run safe 24/7.. The main thing is CPU/NB volts. Try you Overclock with NO ACC being used first. Then try simalar OC with ACC +2 and so on. It will take time .

Youll get it.
