figured the whole 12GB deal out a lot better I guess. It all depends on QPI/VTT like dinos and others have already said, question is, how much is safe..
I managed to get 170 BCLK linpack stable with 1,45V QPI using the 8x mem divider. Using 10x I get no boot at 1,45 QPI, so I tried 1,55 and it works. 1,515 again no boot with 10x mem divider, so I'm guessing it won't be stable either with 1,55V. I am not willing to go higher than 1,55 so I backed it down again to 8x mem divider... runs CL7 tho, CAS latency doesn't seem to be too hard on the IMC
