Any and all suggestions would be welcome, though truthfully I'll be doing a complete re-build around the M3A79-T later this week, so I havn't got much time left to try things...!!!

Karen, download the AMD Fusion app. All you need to do is click on the logo and it shuts down most of the background processes for you. It makes it nice and simple.
I have found no stability problems.

Temjin. 23 inches high.
I've allways been an AMD fan, but Spider came along and hit the nail on the head.
Everything running on Maximum is as smooth as silk. The only thing I'm missing is Jane Nash.
And that may change with the 940.

try lowering your HT speed down to around 2000-2100mhz and your NB speed between 2200-2400mhz and see if that helps your score. also with trifire pci-e at around 108mhz raised my score and help stabilize the oc. you should have settings in bios that will let you adjust those and still keep your cpu clock where you need it.

Lower the HT and the NB i drop almost 400 points on my score tested it already but thxs for the heads up.

I saw the clock speed in the details, but mine never reports it correctly so I was not sure if you run it at 3410 or not. If so those drivers rock....

As you can see in the run in my sig it reports it as 3213 where I run it at 3432MHz and only get 4670 CPU score so whats your secret

My serect is that I do NOT plug in my Power cord from my PSU into a power bar when testing... I want to know that I am getting full power from the outlet on the wall..

Mine PSU will not work in a surge protector with everything else plugged into it so it has been running straight from the wall since install.

When i bench i do the same thing..

even with a top line Powerstrip it can cause you to loose overall power.I use my PSU@ the plug. Into a Wall not a strip except for the Monitor and little stuff

my wall in my room doesn't have a 3 hole plug.... they're all 2.
