    Its 2 x 260 with 240sp each. so it is 2 260's with the 280's sp count.

So it's basicly 2 280s sandwitched togather with 1.8 GB or RAM instead of 2.0?

Correct me if i'm wrong but the only difference between a GTX 280 and a GTX 260 are the SP (192 or 216 vs 240) and Memory.

    GTX280 - 512-bit 1GB
    GTX260 - 448-bit 896MB
    It's more like 2 x GTX260 with 240SP

    No it is 2 x 260 as it only has Memory: 896bit(448bitX2), 1792MB GDDR3
if it was 280's it would be Memory: 1024bit(512bitX2), 2048MB GDDR3 They have just added extra Shaders to each PCB
