It performs slightly worse with 3 120 mm fans than a Xchanger 480 using 4 fans at the same speed and of the same model, that's what I am saying. The gap is 0.6 C with my test setup, but the measurement error is about half a °C due to slightly different ambient temps between my latest tests and the tests I made a couple months ago.
I was using a single loop with "just" a QX6700 at 1.5 V and 3.25 GHz. Being able to connect 2 loops makes things interesting if you like to experiment, like having 1 pump and 2 loops, one for CPU and one for GPU or something like that. When I get the time, I will do some more testing. The Monsta needs a lot of space, that's for sure, but it should still fit a big tower. Being able to mount the radiator sideways using the mounting of the carbon plate also makes things interesting for modders, especially when 2 loops are being used. This could look unique. I am actually trying to come up with a good idea using the Monsta in a not so classic method.
