Didn't the Aussie place that had them listed briefly say the 16th December? Theres a uk place that has them listed now, £231 for the 940, £190 or so for the 920, and say the 15th December also, so maybe its out earlier than expected? It does make sense its "that" soon as the latest price drop was very very soon after the last price drop and looks to be clearing out the 9950's(which dropped to £130 in the uk yesterday from £150ish) leaving the field clear for a couple new phenom's to enter the market.

Almost certainly going to get one on release as long as prices aren't utterly ridiculous in the UK, which at £231 isn't exactly cheap compared to $300.

How are phenom's doing with fsb overclocking, I had a 9600BE ages ago and other than the board being a pain fsb overclocking was limited to say the list, are you screwing yourself by buying a non unlocked multi chip? I think what AMD really needs and can increase enthusiast sales a lot(if fsb clocking is an issue) is a lower end multi unlocked chip, or hell, make the whole range unlocked and maybe just make the black edition ultra binned chips or something if they must. Having to pay £230 to get a great clock with unlocked multi doesn't sound half as nice as paying £100 for a lower quad and overclocking the bejesus out of it.
