Are you running the lowest PL you can and have all the chipset optimizations enabled and set on the most aggressive settings? The P45 can pull some decent numbers if you do that.
Also remember Everest scores mean next to nothing, it's just a synthetic benchmark, sure its nice to break 11K, but run some SPI32M, then you will see real world performance of your setup.
