False readings are, might be:
a. PSU RPM
b. CPU RPM
c. MB TEMP
d. NB TEMP
e. SB TEMP

They idle version, non OC.
Well, I'm familiar to Intel data sheets and X38 won't die 'till around a hundred °C.
PSU RPM is 1420-1500 max., different case fans (Noctua/Scythe/Loonies, even off do not change either CPU nor PSU RPM signifiatilly)
CPU RPM is 1380-1430 max., impossible due to vendor specs.
NB TEMP idle 55°C, load exceeds 67°C
SB TEMP idle 50°C, load exceeds 62°C

During boot there is a "OPT3" failure message to be resumed by F1.

Well, when they Panhead's got no E-start, I'm not looking for a switch.

Any conclusion?
