Ok well now im on the 266 strap 500fsb 1250 on the memory 5-5-4-12 and it passes memtest86 no problem. Im getting 10,000 in everest, and 51.7 latency, thats a little high trying lowering my trfc. Just dont seem that fast, i would really like to be around 1300 on the memory, or i feel i got robbed on these sticks, i could have gotten sticks half the price of these that would put me where i am now. Well at least im stable and no errors , will try to push em more see what happens, thanks guys for all your help

your board wont let you go higher in everest
with dfi ut p35 you would see 11k+ @ those speeds
and with memory @ 1300 i get 12k in everest
