There's nobody in entire world can tell you if the cpu you are refering to will be a uber-overclocker or not. It all has to do with your luck. If you are lucky enough, you'd get a uber-overclocker.

But i bought another one L825B*** and core temp shows vid 1,1V. At stock the vcore is 0,96-1,03V
