How about 32C on air @ 3.9Ghz? It's the low current leakage in the new Phenom II transistor design. Compared to i7 heat at 3.8Ghz, you can see the advantages for ocing a Phenom II. Not to imply that Phenom II is better in design to i7, it just seems to run cooler.
