fold-9e66\C\etc\folding\1\ for me, just change the bold to your IP or VM name), but it also worked for me with IP adresses. I don't know if I'll need that much RAM, we'll see. As Shadowtester indicated bigger WU's might need it.
Yup, on all Linux private nets I'm always running NFS too (Vista brings that too btw

). What you're proposing here could be what I'll do next, if that try with USB disabled doesn't work out. I think so too that it looks like an error in the VM itself, because what it's complaining about is the size of the RAMDisk, not the memory, I guess. Let's first see if it survives the night.
I'd get my hand dirty with Arch, I had very good experiences with it and their crowd. Especially the ppc people, veeery nice they are. Sadly Gentoo seems to be dying, that was fun too.
