PowerChips. No matter how high they're binned they only take as high as 2.1v, any higher they refuse to boot. The highest binned PowerChips only need 1.9v to run DDR2-1066 CL5. I've tried 5 different batches of PowerChips none of them take higher than 2.1v...unless PSC (Li-Jing) secretly released a new chip...

Anyhow, those PI's are crazy, the high clocks can allow me to push the Wolfdales further! but $299.99 is too steep...
