What was K10 then? K10, on average isn't that far behind Kentsfield. A user here made a compilation of benchmarks, K10 was ~5% on average behind Kentsfield clock-clock. Also, you're suggesting, based on ONE power measurement from first revision sample in a system we don't know anything about that the 45nm parts consume more than a Q6600?
