that's some good stuff isn't it synth.. I drank that all the time when I was sick before my transplant and couldn't eat, the docs wanted me to get at least 100g of good protein per day.. and my appetite just wouldn't let me eat enough solid food with a failing liver... Optimum Nutrition makes those instantized whey shakes (the tub pictured above) that have like 24g per serving, and you can get about 70 servings out of a 5lb tub... and since it's instantized it mixes very easy (not like the old protein poowders) and tastes like chocolate milk... the old protein powders I used to drink in the 80's and 90's were horrible tasting and you had to mix them in a blender and add fruit and sugar to make it drinkable.. compared to what they have now, like that ON Gold it's awesome.. I still have a ON chocolate container in my pantry.. that's my breakfast on days I dont eat breakfast... looks like it's gone up in price since I last bought it..

I really need to lay off the tequila and get back in the gym. Up till 3 years ago I was into bodybuilding and chasing 23 year old tarts around the bed. Myoplex was my choice of protein shakes. 42 grams of protein 24 grams of carbs and 3 grams of fat. I miss my six-pack and being called ab-man by the other gym rats.

yeah, I used to buy the 42 pack myoplex chocolate cream packs pack in the late 90's when I worked out.
they're real good too, plus they have vitamins unlike ON... little more expensive and harder to mix. I had to use a hand mixer with myoplex, but it tasted real good... it mixed with 15-16oz and produces 42g protein. myoplex worked great for slimming down because I could get vitamins in it, drink 2 shakes a day and one meal.. it'll pull fat off in a hurry without losing the muscle..

ON is just straight intantized whey with amino acids. no vitamins, which was bettter for my kidney and liver at the time (2005-2007)-some of those vitamins were hard for my failing organs to filter, especially the fat soluble ones.. ON is pretty much the same protein content as myoplex, because ON's serving size is 8oz with 22-24g protein. so you double that to get the same serving size as myoplex and they're pretty equal in the protein content. both have about 40-45g protein per 16oz serving when mixed.. but you get the vitamins with myo..

WFO trying to sell his virus stealing points plan to Mike

WFO: What would you do if you had a million points?
Mike: I'll tell you what I'd do, man: two chicks at the same time, man.

WFO: That's it? If you had a million points, you'd do two chicks at the same time?
Mike: Damn straight. I always wanted to do that, man. And I think if I were a millionaire I could hook that up, too; 'cause chicks dig dudes with points.

    WFO: Well, not all chicks.
Mike: Well, the type of chicks that'd double up on a dude like me do.

    WFO: Good point.
Mike: Well, what about you now? what would you do?

WFO: Besides two chicks at the same time?
    Mike: Well, yeah.

    WFO: Nothing.
    Mike: Nothing, huh?

WFO: I would relax... I would sit on my ass all day... I would do nothing.
Mike: Well, you don't need to steal a million points to do nothing, man. Take a look at Dak, he don't do sh1t.

WFO: Good point.. but I still want the points.

    More lifters! Excellent.

As many know, I'm on the darkside...... powerlifting.

I really should be eating more protein. Breakfast tomorrow is going to be fun. 40g of protein will be great.

if you still drink those myoplex mixes wfo.. the strawberrry was real good too. chilled water, couple ice cubes, couple fresh strawberries, and 2 splenda packets... like eating a creamy thick strawberry desert.. I never cared for the vanilla.. chocolate was my fav cuz it was easy, just chilled water and a hand mixer.

The ON gold chocolate is good with milk too.. and you can stir it with a spoon like nestles quick because it's instantized, but a little lumpier than quick... hand mixer makes it easier.. it's not near as think as myoplex and tastes like a glass of chocolate milk. (I never could use myoplex with milk-always turned out too think) ON is cheaper than myoplex.. they are both high quality whey isolate mixes.. so you cant go wrong with either imo.
