Your settings look similar to mine, I can't quote that at the minute as I'm at work but I never got to 500fsb stable, I did however get to 499fsb!! That's prime95 & 3dmark06 looping for 24 hours stable, also the intel burn test too for 50 reps. If I try 500fsb it blue screens as if I'd upped by 20 and not just 1!

I'm especially having a hard time figuring out where to set the FSB and NB voltages because I don't know where the BIOS puts them at when set to AUTO to use as a starting point for reference. Basically its been nothing more than a shot in the dark so far trying to figure out these two settings.
