I could absolutely see you wondering indeed, just as I am. But nowadays, that's far more pronounced in 3D benching than in 2D benchmarks... Just look what kind of attention in terms of "great skills" do good 2D result threads attract, and how much more people like raving about Vantage numbers set with those powerful (in terms of computing power as well as money power) triple SLI or quad Crossfire setups.
