ASUS P5Q3 Deluxe discussion

[kaskuli]

I just ordered this board with some G. Skill DDR3 1600 cl7 sticks.

Now I ordered these sticks as a reviewer said they worked flawlessly with this board, but then I've been reading the forums here and see people have had problems with this memory working. maybe a newer bios has been released for the reviewer to get them working "flawlessly".

Can anyone confirm these sticks work? or can anyone recommend known good sticks. I'd hate to return this board. I bought it because I own a P5Q Deluxe and love it, especially the express gate. I use it all the time except when gaming of course.

Thanks for any help.

A poor craftsman will always blame his tools. This is Asus we're talking about here. I'll be glad to help you stabilize, it's a fine piece of equipment - unheard-of quality at this price point.
