lower your memory speed to ddr 800 +/- and slowly raise it till you cant boot up, then lower by 5-50 mhz still its stable in prime or occt. you have to keep in mind the more memory you have the harder it is to overclock, or even run at stock speeds for that matter (esp 1066 on that mobo)
you can leave your cpu speed @ stock until you got it figured out.
