hi guys, i managed to snap my bios settings ... bios is 1406 and there are some very minor improvement from my previous settings, hope this helps others and awaiting some advise from the pros out there. thx in advance.
~lukee~ i tried the settings you gave me but didn't work out well for me but with settings on auto it is stable ... i'm still scratching my head over here and try to go further with my system, as for now it is my 24/7 system and running stable for now
