AMD says Max voltage on a 65nm Phenom is 1.55v's Merkk1.

Personally, I don't feel comfortable running the voltage that high, even though I'm running on pretty good aftermarket air....

As long as you have good cooling (load temps under 60c) you could probably get better clocks if you bumped your CPUvid up to 1.4v.
Of course you'd do so at your own risk...

I'm actually a wimp when it comes to high V's... When I bought my 1st Phenom back in December I wouldn't go over 1.3v for extended periods either. But now, I really don't think 1.4v is too extreme unless your going to stress your system (4core Prime/Linpack 30pass/OCCT for hours)....

I've had mine at 1.4vid for a few weeks under normal use without any problems and that includes Video Compression, massive multi tasking and gaming...

BTW: Thanks for your input on the matching IMC/HT clocks!!

I ran this current chip at 1.63v on water , still here.

Of course for a very short time, trying to get it to boot at 3.5 GHz, went into windows then crashed shortly after.
