not sure, im comfortable running it at +4. seen no ill effects from it. +6 allows me to run my nb at 2600. +4 and nb at 2600 crashes,i need to probably up nb core voltage to get 2600. will have to read up on it. actually gotvoltage was at 2600. ill check his posts for specs
