Wow very cool. Yeah it was always a fascination of mine to watch wolves in their natural habitat. But I believe, unless some kinds of animals like Tiberius, have the right attention they will not thrive.

I have two cats, Bailey you see in the pictures, and Bella. Bella has part Bengal in her lineage, although she is far enough out to not have any of the normal markings of the Bengal breed. However she does have the energy. She is always on the move, very agile and thin, with longer hind legs then the fronts. You will get a kick out of this video:

    http://s17.photobucket.com/albums/b5...t=5618befd.flv

    Watch first then read on.

She gets up there all on her own, she either jumps from the counter top or from wherever she can get enough height. It was a game for her at my old place. Usually at night she would go from the top of the dresser, to the top of the door, jump down, yes all the way to the floor, dart down the hall, back in the room on the dresser then the door again and repeat, literally until she almost passed out she was so tired. She has crazy hops also, and when she is in a playful mood, I get out the toy with the feather that flows through the air on the end of a pole, and she goes nuts. I am 6' tall and she will get shoulder height on me easily. The other funny thing is she is long and thin. Weighs only 7 1/2lbs.

Bailey on the other hand has some Mancoon in him. He is BIG, but not fat. Big paws, weighs about 11 lbs. He is more lazy, except when he feels like playing, but when he gets going, Bella can not even outrun him. Plus I think he has some of Keanu Reeves powers, I have literally watched him run sideways along the back of the couch when in a full sprint. He is an awesome tracker, and would probably make a great barn cat. I swear any fly that enters this house is dead shortly there after. He literally will trap them between his paws, put them to the ground, then when he lifts his paw and they go to fly away, he catches them mid flight in his mouth. Its kinda disgusting but amazing at the same time. They get tons of attention, all the toys a cat could ever want and he really gets a kick out of playing with my Pictus Catfish in my freshwater tank. Oh did I mention he barks like a dog and fetches... He will sit at the screen door, and stalk a bug on the other side, wait til the right moment and then attacks. Of course the screen is in the way, but as he pounces he lets out what I can only describe as a bark. At times so loud that it makes me jump!

Ok enough rambling, it is fun to meet someone who also cares very much for his animals, well and animals in general.

Cool vid - that takes some skill for sure. That's funny about the running on the top of the couch thing - Tiber does the same thing or sometimes he will bank off the backrest like a skateboarder doing a kickturn off the wall on vert when he does in-house "crazy-8's" on days when he hasn't been run enough. Too bad he weighs over 70lbs as he has broken two couches from kicking off with his back legs.

I'm about to take this machine down for a while - the old RAM rma shuffle (free upgrade, woohoo!).

Have a good evening my fellow animal loving friend!

lol Bailey vid is well funny. You sure he isn't part dog? I'll have to get a video of Tasha and some of the crazy stuff she does. Shes frighteningly agile too. My neighbours have 2 cats that really piss her off and once she was practically jumping the height of the fence to get at them! These fences aren't small either, a good 6ft+

WOW! Yeah those videos are pretty funny. He does that on a regular basis, usually when he wants to play he brings me a toy and drops it at my feet. Kinda just like a dog would.

I would have tough times without my dogs. I have two English Bulldogs for now, 7 year old male(Finnish Champion) and a 2 year old female.
Kat, any info when we could be waiting for your first Biostar bios?

High performance computers are not enough, seems we all have hi-po animals too!

Marcam, I'm with Ket - Bailey must be part dog or something... I immediately logged off last night so missed the vids at first.

Anybody got an extra ATI passive-sink PCIE card lying around? My X1950XT is getting fan-screechy and this particular machine does not need much if any 3D.

PS- if anyone in the Southeastern US wants a nice 11 month old female German Shepherd... I'm trying to place her before having to bring her into my home and would rather not have puppy destruction, but I need to get her out of the situation she's in now. We need an animal rescue section!

I am with you on that. The ASPCA has a great website and there are always shelters in most areas. They do what they can. I actually donate to my local one with food etc... when I can.
