Hm... thats weird.. are you sure Speed step and C1E are disabled?
Thats pretty good. as mine's is not stable with anything under 1.33v at 4.0 GHz. and mines VID is 1.2500 also.. thats not cool. lol jk.
I'm going to try to add more FSB/VTT today and see if that helps me get stable easier.
