It's a new D5 top/res combo that is made by Primochill and slated for release on Nov. 1. I don't know all the details but it looks like you mount the D5 to the back of the res and then it feeds 2 of the fittings on the back (think split loops) and then there are 2 separate return lines on the back as well. There is also another version of the res that will have 8 fittings on the one side and (I guess) the 2 on the front.
ive seen the internals on that T3 dont be too quick to judge. it has a full
360 degree deep draw helix and a double sized low blockage outlet that feeds
an expansion chamber for reduced pressure loss. it also has a spiral inducing inlet
area that is domed and VERY sharp so theres a lot less loading going into the
impeller. obviously it wont run two loops as well as it would one, but if your pumping
cold water into your parts and dont have all the loses you get from "T"s and "Y"s
etc performance should be pretty good

the other version of the res is just a regular res with 8 inlet/outlets on the back
it also has a flow indicator built in which is nice. both reses were designed by
Geno from boxgods. pretty awesome stuff. i really like the d5 res
