I have a sneaky suspicion we are in a different beauty hotel. You just phoned and Neo thought you were in this hotel. We only have 10 floors and you're on the 25th of yours. Maybe ask reception which one you're at? There are 4 in Taipei it seems. We're at the one that TraX mentioned.
