I just noticed ur sig - how'd u get the DDR2-667 to work?? I thought the mobo would only work with DDR2-400

I'm interested too, I tried some DDR2-533 ECC REG and no go..beeped a memory error.

TBH, I'm not sure. It is the same memory I got from you Dave, when you sold me the first Sammy.

EDIT: I'm going to watch one of those X6DLP-EG2 mainboards on ebay, as I already have the Dynatron 'sinks for them.
