My E5200 is linpack stable (75 runs, 6 hours) at 3.38Ghz (270x12.5) with a Vcore of 1.304V (cpu-z).
With this voltage it will boot unstable at 3.6 ghz (300x12), but won't at 3.8 ghz (300x12.5).
