OK, I was reading about Real Temp 2.70 today and decided to try it. It reads 10C lower than Core Temp with no tweaks, and I never tweaked Core Temp either.
I like it saying 39C instead of 49C, but is that valid?...

Q9450 @ various settings like underclocked to 2.32Ghz until a good BIOS comes along...
