have anyone encountered this problem?

in vista ultimate im transfering files from one hdd to another both are 1tb 32mbcache

it just takes long on the calculating time remaining when moving files from the 1tb to another hence it should not be like that since im only transfering 1g of file


things ive done

tested all drives in xp and all are ok
netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled - doesnt improve
Remote Differential Compression - doesnt improve

im using bios 2801
e6420 oc`ed to 3ghz
2x1g ddr2 800 team dark rams




seagate 320 16mb sata - vista os

seagate 750 32mb sata - files
seagate 1tb 32mb sata - files
seagate 1tb 32mb sata - files
seagate 320g 16mb ide - files
wd 320g ide 16mb- files
ibm 80g ide - xp back up os
