Sounds like Feser is becoming the Behringer of the WC world. Go BP on general principle I say.

On an brighter, but slightly off topic note, I had a very good experience with D-Tek the other day. Sent an email asking a question about Fuzion 2 mounting and got a clear, concise, courteous answer back in a flash. I like companies that remember that their customers are people and not just walking wads of cash. In the end it's those companies that end up getting my $$$

just read through the whole thread.... that's the worst behavior I have ever seen from a company....

I feel really bad now for buying 4 bottles of Feser coolant for my next build (going for aesthetics not pure performance)

At least I didn't go too far and get the Fes 480, PA120.3... FTW

I think I would prefer to stay out of the entire Feser vs Bitspower conflict unless both sides come to a public setting and decide to air their differences . . .the problem (which none of us consumers see and realize) is that these companies have relationships and history none of us are involved in or aware of (although we do benefit from it). . . .I can say it does not help a company to have a proxy come here and be a jerkoff (I know Danger Den surely gets frustrated when I stick my foot in my mouth which is why I try to be very careful and stay somewhat even-handed which probably makes you guys laugh . . .but then I do not flame companies like EK now do I) . . .

I don't know the Feser people and have only received one email from them telling me about the new radiator . . .Vincent from BP has been great at communicating and supporting me although we have not talked at all about this type of thing and I would not bring it up as my primary dedication is to Danger Den and I do not want to ever go somewhere with a sponsor or contact that might result in a conflict of interest . . .or to put my nose where it does not belong.

I'm planning on using Bitpower's angeled swivels with the 1/2id 3/4od compression fittings on the Fuzion V2. Thankfully I'm in no rush since I still have to fabricate a "frame" to fix two 240 rads to sit in the bottom of my case. This is the one time that procrastination is paying off.

I like all the companys, you can call me the AntiFanboy if you want.. Personally I don't hold any ill will toward any of them, they all make great products and competition is always good for us as the end user.

    To me I saw this:

One company making acusations and personal attacks at another company in an open forum..

Then the other company apparently told someone else to do the same thing toward the first company that started it...

Two wrongs...not one right.....let's let them keep that sort of crap on the side lines out of this forum....

If members can't attack other members, why would it be ok for two vendors?...that's my 2C.

Ok, now enough of the "Let's promote the company attacks by saying I'm basing my buying decision off of that improper conduct", and lets get back to product reviews and discussing criteria and differences, perhaps personal experiences with their use. I know it's not nearly as entertaining, but all we're doing is promoting improper conduct.

Personally I havn't had enough experience using these fittings in running system builds I've later had to take apart, so I really don't have enough practical knowledge to say much. The only apparent difference I can see is the deeper knurls on the BP fittings.

We need a Fluid XP wrestling ring (I would say Feser but then it would favor one side)

Why would you pin a label on those who prefer one company's products over another? Labels are unjustified and unfair characterizations.

I don't think people apply the label for preferences I think they apply it based on how they interpret how people express preferences. . .

RRR is a Mountain Mods and BP fan boy . . .and there is nothing wrong with that as far as I am concerned. But the label does fit . . .just as I a DD fan boy . . .and BP fan boy, and SC fan boy, and Palit fan boy . . .etc. I think it is only really a problem if you:
    1. Trash another company to try to raise the one's you like
    2. You are a fan boy for a company that clearly produces trash

RRR gets close to number 1 but hopefully he will use caution

Those of us consumers, who choose to spread the word to others, about which are the quality products/vendors, should not be labeled in a negative manner. Those who spend their own money, tend to have an unbiased opinion, since they can choose to purchase what they want. Let's drop the demeaning and ignorant use of labels, shall we...

    BitsPower Compression Fittings ......... FTW

LOL . . .actually a person who derives benefit would be more like a stakeholder where a fan boy should have no direct benefit and really puts their money where their mouth is. Dude I used to be an ALienware Fan Boy (I had a total of five of them including three that I used as workstations). My ALX (they are water-cooled) is how I learned about water-cooling (specifically upgrading it many times over).

RRR, I said you should not be offended. But you are the embodiment of a fan boy for MM and that is ok. Maybe we should have light and dark fan boys like Jedi Which side you going to be on?

FYI most fanboys/girls are normal customers with no stocks or interests in a company. Just a love for a brand. Sometimes a blinded love at that.

Anyway... move along... back on topic RRR + DB.

I prefer to look of the Feser fittings better and they're cheaper. I'm sure they're almost the same otherwise. The price difference isn't a big deal to me, but I might as well save a dollar per fitting and buy the Feser. I would have bought some BP fittings too if they would have been in stock but no dice yet.

I really have no preference on vendors, I just like a quality product. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

RRR, I'm not fond of labeling either but in all honesty....if the shoe fits....heck, it sure beats what Vapor called you about a month and half ago.

Do you guys ever have trouble getting the compression rings back off of these things. Is there some sort of trick to it?

While I used to work in a plywood mill, my now office hands seem to have trouble with getting these back apart. Maybe I'm just overtightening?

Sidewinders is one of my favorite sites. Since I'm midwest I get shipments really fast, and they have good prices.

Alright, I thought maybe you guys were putting some sort of lubrication on the outside of the tube. Maybe some glycerin or something.

I guess I'll stick with the wrench and some sort of padding to protect them.
