eternal_fantasy, do you recommend running those 4 sticks of cellshock to get 4gb, or do you think a 2x2gb solution would be better? Basically, how hard was your memory to overclock with 4 sticks.

pretty much impossible to overclock the ram with 4x1GB... or at least worth mentioning... 2x2GB is definitely the way to go

If any of those kits have reached 1600, I'd get one...I don't know of any, though.

I would seriously love a system with 8gb of ram, but the only ones I know of run at unacceptably slow speeds. They're also DDR2.

Wow! Impressive especially since you are using a 4x2GB config. What volts for the ram? Looking at your cpu temps it looks like you are on air correct?

It looks like the 501 bios is a keeper!

well after the discussions in here about the GTLVRef values and what they should be I can confirm that after I changed mine to - (they were + see above) the settings are not stable anymore. PC froze during OCCT (about 30 minutes in). Went back to the original settings above and it passed the 1H test.
So I am not entirely sure that for QX9770 - is the way to go.
