Hmm interesting, almost seems like progress has stopped as far as real performance improvements in games. An 8800Ultra rivals the performance of a GTX260 in most applications. Its almost sad. My fantastic 2006 gaming rig (PD820, 3GB RAM, 8800GT (performance of a 2006 card, think 2900Pro or something) still blows away most games on max settings....
