Almost complete: Chop-top shuttle: with more hardware than it should have ;)56k warn.

    pics now half-sized

Been working on this one for a while. I'll let the pics explain things.

Things that still need to be done:
1: make/enlarge the vent for the cpu air intake
2: eliminate the small ~2mm gap between the sidepanel and front of the case.
3: fill the gap in the front of the case
4: find where a reset button can be attached to the motherboard and use the lower button on the front panel for reset.
5: add wireless antennae and mini-pcie slot
6: replace 120mm fan with a pwm one.
7: remove disk activity and eject logos from front plexi

    Specs:
    Q6600@3.2ghz 1.42v (3.6 ok too)
    8gb ocz ddr2-1000
    evga 8800gt (stock cooling)@720/1800/1900
    750gb samsung F1+4gb software ramdisk (boot+apps)
    520HX corsair power supply

All crammed into a p35 SHUTTLE!

pics unordered. The hdd sitting on the psu is temporary, only the one in the front is meant to be there.

Lol nice CrampBox. Can't imagine how much room the Corsair PSU is hogging. =)

USB ^^ I love the idea of ditching my internal DVD drive, and thats exactly what I am doing in my next build

Who needs those extra wires and cables? I for one say NTY.

I'd be interested in buying a bolt-thru kit for an Infinity--where'd you get it?

@bobsama, you have to make it yourself

@malk4vi4n, a 2x120 will fit nicely if the psu was external, but i'm done with wcing, back to air.

@fr3akypete, I use a usb external to install windows with, but don't touch optical media otherwise.

update: I added (shuttle has a spot on the board and a cover+hole in the case for it, but left off the connector) a mini-pcie slot and a wireless card. Antennae will be mounted on the back of the case.

edit: partially cleaned flux makes everything look crappy

Added antennas, swapped out the cpu fan (made a pwm->3pin fan adapter).
